As of June 28th, 170 entries from around the world are scheduled to ride the Tevis Cup 100 Miles in One Day Ride on July 20th – 21st. Included are Loreley Steward from Georgetown, Trina Romo and Potato Richardson from Greenwood, Matt Scribner and David Walters from Cool, and Pamela Bailie and Robert Weldin from Pilot Hill. As the Ride approaches, more riders will sign up. The Ride starts in Truckee and finishes in Auburn, ascending and descending over 40,000 feet in 24 hours. If you have never witnessed the Tevis event, it’s a thrill, an education, and a part of our history. Use caution during the evening hours along Hwy 49 as riders will be crossing on route to the finish.
